Many people always get the feeling of sadness, even the most happiest of people, but that's just how life works. Not everyone can be happy 24/7, but happiness can bring you a healthy life and lead to a better tomorrow. Many people are always pointing out their imperfections. You don't need to be perfect. Yeah being perfect might get you many things, but have you ever thought that being perfect can also cause you too believe in the wrong things? Being imperfect is how life works, imperfection is what gives you real friends and people you can trust. Their are also many people who always say they don't have friends or boyfriends. Having a boyfriend isn't all that great actually. Yeah you might get lonely sometimes, but think about it. If you have a boyfriend, you might get more stressed from the fights you guys will get into, stressing about him seeing other girls when your not around and worried about why he hasn't texted you back. Having a boyfriend can get really stressful at time, but that doesn't mean i'm saying to never get a boyfriend. Also a lot of people worry about what others think of them, but all you have to do is look and walk away from them. It happens to everyone, but they keep thinking that they always have to live up to that persons expectations. All you really have to do is walk away and ignore them. Yeah, they might continue talking behind your back, but why do you care? Maybe their life isn't all that great like yours. Just relax and enjoy your life, take a walk along the beach or something. go have coffee or tea with some friends, or go find a nice quiet spot and watch the sunset if your having a really bad day. If your stressed about school, go out and take a walk. Don't get depressed over small stuff. If your breaking up just tell yourself that you'll find someone better than him/her. If your alone on valentines day or something, than just buy yourself a gift. Happiness is just removing the bad thoughts and continuing on with the good ones. Don't let negativity get to you. :)
